About Servaada, a Wipro company

Servaada is Wipro's UK entity, authorised by the FCA (the UK financial services regulator) to undertake regulated activities on behalf of its clients, as an outsourced service provider.

Introduction

Servaada operates in the UK wealth and investment-platform market, supporting financial advisers and investors through platform technology, investment products, tools and associated servicing. Its propositions include tax-efficient wrappers such as SIPPs, ISAs and GIAs alongside broad investment choice and adviser-facing platform capabilities.

Sevaada is delivering propositional and digital enhancements under its Master Services Agreement, including Adviserzone and Investorzone features and a new Mobile App, alongside regulatory change affecting products, journeys, processes and technology. The role spans both areas from prioritisation through design, testing, business readiness, implementation and acceptance.

This role would require travel to our offices in Bath, Somerset twice a week.

Overview & Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery across Servaada proposition enhancements, digital experience and assigned regulatory change. This includes the propositional-feature backlog, Mobile App and regulatory-driven business and technology changes, from mobilisation through release and acceptance.

Success requires strong delivery capability across both proposition/digital and regulatory change. The role works closely with Product Owners and technology delivery teams on proposition enhancements, and with first and second line Risk and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into controlled delivery, balancing business priority, regulatory deadlines and key dependencies.

The Senior Project Manager owns the delivery baseline, integrated plan, financials, RAID, dependencies, change control and outcomes. For regulatory change, the role owns coordination, traceability, readiness and evidence; regulatory interpretation and specialist advice remain with the appropriate Risk, Compliance, Legal and Proposition owners.

Working closely with the Client Portfolio Director, PMO, Proposition/Product, technology, Operations, Testing, Security and first and second line Risk and Compliance, the role drives decisions to resolution and escalates promptly where portfolio-level intervention is required.

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Experience & Capability

  • Strong practical experience within wealth management, investment platforms, asset/wealth administration or a closely related regulated financial-services environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex proposition, product or digital-platform change from mobilisation through implementation and acceptance.
  • Strong experience delivering regulatory-driven change within Financial Services, working with Risk and Compliance stakeholders to turn regulatory requirements and impact assessments into executable business and technology change.
  • Strong delivery-control capability across scope, integrated plans, milestones, resources, cost, governance, risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across Product/Proposition, Technology, UX/UI, Testing, Operations, Security, business readiness and first/second line Risk and Compliance.
  • Experience managing full testing and implementation lifecycles, including functional/system testing, security/performance considerations, UAT or business verification, release readiness and acceptance.
  • Proven experience owning project financials, including resource and non-resource cost baselines, actuals, forecasts and variance management.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and communication across senior client stakeholders, internal delivery teams and technology/platform suppliers, with clear evidence-based escalation and decision support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
