A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead the execution of complex high-voltage EPC and OEM energy infrastructure projects, including High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and grid access solutions. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various functions while serving as a key interface to customers and internal stakeholders. Your role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while meeting all technical and quality requirements.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Own the end-to-end execution of large-scale EPC/OEM High Voltage energy projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and contractual requirements.
- Act as the primary customer interface, building trusted relationships and managing scope, contractual obligations, and change orders.
- Champion a strong EHS and quality culture, ensuring compliance with all standards in live substations and construction environments.
- Establish robust project governance and controls, including schedule management, cost control, and risk registers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution capability and delivery performance across the project portfolio.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction and coaching to drive accountability and results.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with complex energy projects to enhance performance and profitability.

What You Bring
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Typically requires 8+ years of comprehensive project management experience in the high-voltage, power transmission, or utility sector.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
- International Project Management Association (IMPA) certification.
- Extensive knowledge of project management processes, procurement, engineering, and construction.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Project) and financial risk management.
