Senior Project Manager
A major consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Digital, IT, Data and business transformation projects for large organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver medium- to large-scale projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts and resources.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams within a matrix environment.
- Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Monitor progress, resolve delivery challenges and initiate corrective action.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, vendors and project teams.
- Provide clear and timely project reporting in line with PMO and governance requirements.

Essential Criteria
- At least 10 years’ experience delivering complex Digital, IT, Data or business transformation projects.
- Proven success delivering large projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 or a similar project management methodology.
- Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery.
- Strong project planning, budget management, forecasting and resource management skills.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing suppliers.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency and change management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong technical background and utilities-sector experience are desirable.
