About emesen
emesen is a new construction consultancy covering the South West and South Wales. We’re growing a team to work on a range of projects, and we are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join us. If you're organised, keen to further your career and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager at emesen, you'll be responsible for:
- Project Planning & Programmes: Helping to create and keep track of project plans and programmes.
- Project Delivery & Coordination: Organising the day-to-day work on site, working with contractors and consultants.
- Stakeholder Management: Talking to clients, consultants, and external stakeholders involved in the project, keeping them updated and answering their questions.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Spotting potential problems and finding solutions.
- Health & Safety Compliance.
- Quality Control.
- Progress Reporting.
