How You'll Impact
- Holistic project leadership: You’ll contribute your strategic insight and leadership to project management, working closely with clients to build meaningful partnerships that create long-term value.
- Diverse and engaging projects: You’ll work across a variety of industries, including Industrial and Consumer Goods, Health Care, Energy, Financial Services. Working on both local and international assignments, you’ll gain valuable exposure to different markets, broaden your perspective, and develop expertise that grows with every project.
- Collaborative consulting: You’ll manage diverse external and internal stakeholders and work closely with key contacts at our clients and BCG. You’ll facilitate workshops, lead negotiations, and guide impactful presentations - all while empowering your team to excel.

What You'll Bring
- University degree with strong academic results.
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in consulting and procurement/supply chain management.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills, turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. Genuine passion for both strategic and hands-on work.
- Clear and confident communication in international settings, building trusted relationships, bringing curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration to every project and creating a space for people to contribute and do their best work.
- You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.
- Business fluency in English.
