A leading global insurance business is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Change team on an initial 6-month contract. The role will take ownership of large, complex business change and IT projects from initiation through to implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams and third-party vendors.

Third-party risk/vendor management within an insurance environment is particularly important for this role, alongside strong experience delivering complex projects within the Lloyd’s/London Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex projects across the full lifecycle, including requirements, vendor selection, design, testing, and implementation
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and governance through to successful delivery
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors/consultants
  • Develop business cases, status reporting, and project documentation while ensuring projects remain aligned to business objectives, timelines, and quality standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
