Senior Project Manager - Lloyd's Insurer

£800-850 per day - Inside IR35 - 6 months

About the Role

Insurance experience is required for this role.

My Insurance client is looking for a hands-on Senior IT Project Manager with insurance platform implementation experience and a genuine technical pedigree.

The Ideal Person Will Have:

  • Delivered an end-to-end Policy or Claims platform implementation within insurance.
  • Started their career in a technical discipline — e.g. Development, Architecture, Data, Technical BA — before moving into Project/Programme Management.
  • Strong experience across data migration, integrations, vendors, and testing, including SIT, E2E, and UAT.
  • Managed multiple workstreams at once across vendor, internal technology, business, and testing teams.
  • Enough technical understanding to spot issues early, challenge teams, and drive resolution themselves, rather than simply escalating problems.
  • Credibility with senior/C-level stakeholders in complex organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
