Base Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client is a well-established construction and property consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK and international markets. In response to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of major client programmes, they are appointing an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across the commercial, residential, infrastructure, and mixed-use sectors.

The Role
- Will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring key programme, cost, quality, and client objectives are achieved.
- Will act as a key client interface, coordinating consultants, contractors, and wider project stakeholders throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Will manage project programmes, risk, procurement, reporting, and governance while identifying and resolving potential delivery challenges.
- Will work closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to maintain strong client relationships and support the continued growth of the consultancy.
The Person
- Will ideally hold a degree qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related built environment discipline.
- Will offer a successful track record in project management within a recognised construction, property, or multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
- Will possess strong commercial awareness with experience delivering complex, high-value projects from initial brief and pre-construction through to completion.
- Will be an accomplished communicator and client-facing professional, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and operating effectively within a fast-paced international consultancy.
