Lead complex projects. Bring people together. Deliver exceptional results.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from initial planning through to successful delivery. You’ll work with customers, colleagues, and delivery partners to define objectives, manage project teams, and ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for time, cost, quality, and scope.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and help us continually improve the way we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager

  • Lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and reporting.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, taking timely action to keep delivery on track.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, senior stakeholders, project teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure responsibilities, priorities, and decisions are clearly understood.
  • Monitor project performance against agreed plans, budgets, quality standards, and service expectations.
  • Provide accurate, timely updates on progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Support effective governance, maintain project documentation, and ensure delivery follows relevant processes and policies.
  • Identify lessons learned and opportunities to improve project delivery and customer outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
