Senior Project Manager
Defence & Complex Programmes
Location: Bristol / Hybrid Working
Salary: £45,000 - £56,000 + Benefits Package
About the Role
We're supporting a major player within the UK defence sector as they continue to invest in one of the most ambitious and strategically important programmes currently underway. This opportunity is suited to an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of complex workstreams within a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment. You'll play a key role in delivering large-scale programmes, working across diverse stakeholder groups and contributing to initiatives that have long-term national significance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing project delivery across complex and multi-disciplinary programmes.
- Coordinating stakeholders across engineering, commercial and operational teams.
- Driving project controls, governance and reporting activities.
- Managing programme risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Supporting scheduling, forecasting and performance management activities.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to business planning, estimation and programme growth activities.
- Leading teams to successfully deliver key programme objectives.

What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering projects or programmes within complex organisational environments.
- Strong risk management and project governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience managing schedules, project performance and delivery milestones.
- Commercial awareness and sound business judgement.
- Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams and functions.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in evolving environments.
