We're seeking a Senior Project Manager from a Life Sciences background to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our global life sciences Managed Service clients
Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2-3 days per week
Summary
As a Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and advancing our research and development transformation initiatives. You will lead the definition and implementation of site engagement operating models, ensuring coordinated efforts across clinical enrolment programmes. Your strategic oversight and planning expertise will enable the delivery of enduring capabilities that sustain enrolment health and drive meaningful outcomes for our oncology research initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on how we structure and execute critical clinical programmes.
You Will
- Lead the development and implementation of site engagement operating models for research initiatives
- Define planning frameworks and governance structures to support coordinated site engagement across clinical programmes
- Establish enduring capabilities and processes for sustained enrolment health monitoring and optimisation
- Provide strategic programme management oversight to advance clinical research objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site engagement strategies with overall programme goals
- Support the delivery of Phase 3 oncology studies through effective project planning and coordination
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery and operational efficiency

Ideally, We'd Like
- Proven experience at Senior Project Manager level, preferably within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or clinical research environments
- Demonstrated expertise in programme management, strategic planning, and operational transformation
- Strong background in research and development or clinical trial management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organisational levels
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, matrix environments
- Project management certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience establishing processes and frameworks that drive sustainable organisational change
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance multiple workstreams and deliver results within defined timelines
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build consensus among diverse teams
