Hybrid work: Employees work in a hybrid model balancing collaboration in our office and remote work.

Overview

WildBrain CPLG is a world-leading entertainment, sport, and brand licensing agency with 20 offices worldwide. Since 1972 we have been providing our partners with dedicated licensing and marketing professionals and fully integrated retail, creative & product development, legal, and accounting services.

We are looking to add to our talented team of innovators that can help us manage some of the most profitable and enduring brands in the world! We believe that our partnerships are about clarity, openness, and trust, and we are widely known for our straightforward approach.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager (PM) will work directly with licensees, licensors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to oversee the creative development and execution of multiple Location-Based Entertainment (LBE), live event, performance, and other offline experiential projects, ensuring projects are delivered on brand, on schedule, and aligned with creative and commercial objectives.

The Senior PM will be responsible for managing project timelines, approvals, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and key delivery milestones across multiple projects and partners.

This role requires proven experience managing offline experiential projects, events, performances, attractions, exhibitions, immersive experiences, or other guest-facing physical experiences, strong project management capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex experiential and IP-driven projects in a fast-paced international environment.

In addition to core project management responsibilities, the role will also support selected business development and account management activities, helping ensure continuity between commercial discussions and project execution.

Job Description

  • Lead the creative development process for LBE projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans with internal teams, third-party vendors, and licensees, setting clear goals, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Manage licensing partnerships, ensuring compliance with brand standards, approval processes, project schedules, and key deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure projects stay on brand, on time, and on budget.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and facilitate clear communication with licensors, licensees, design partners, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across multiple territories and time zones.
  • Provide relevant feedback, reviews, and approvals for creative submissions across entertainment, marketing, merchandising, retail, operational, and guest experience workstreams.
  • Assist in vendor prequalification, selection, and evaluation, making recommendations as needed.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates on project activities, including managing design reviews with various vendors and coordinating stakeholder feedback and approvals.
  • Oversee the development of project processes, including responsibility assignment matrices (RACI), timelines, budgets, approvals, and other key documentation.
  • Support project delivery and launch readiness coordination across creative, operational, and partner workstreams where required.
  • Review and track IP approval processes to ensure compliance with all creative and licensing guidelines.
  • Conduct post-project assessments to evaluate creative, process, and goal achievement.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, project summaries, meeting materials, and internal reporting documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with regional licensing teams to align project activity with broader commercial objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
