About L'Atelier Five

We're a multi Award-Winning design and production studio working across luxury Brand Activations, Flagship Interiors, Events, and Pop-Ups. Our portfolio spans Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Global Brand physical store environments, and cultural projects. We work with brands like Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Hermès, Diageo, and L'Oréal.

We're an ambitious studio! You will work closely with the Founder and Head of Design, and you'll have genuine autonomy on complex projects from brief through to on-site installation and delivery.

The Role

You'll own physical retail and brand environment projects end-to-end, taking each project from initial brief and scope through technical drawings, build production, logistics, installation and final handover. You’ll oversee every installation on site across international locations, ensuring the highest level of attention to detail.

You'll manage project budgets typically ranging from £150k–£1.5m, coordinating multiple live projects across different stages of design, production and installation.

You'll work directly with our creative and production teams, and you'll know when decisions need escalation.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-end physical project ownership: Own projects from brief and design development through technical production, procurement, fabrication, logistics, installation, snagging, and handover. Full responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality, and team coordination.
  • International logistics: Manage production partners globally. Source, brief, and oversee delivery.
  • Multiple concurrent projects: Comfortable juggling 4 to 6 live briefs with different scopes, stakeholders, and timelines.
  • Client relationships: Work with prestigious luxury brands. Understand their needs, communicate clearly, solve problems resourcefully.
  • Production quality: Know materials, technical drawings, processes, H&S procedures, and fire classifications (especially within GTR, Luxury department stores, and event environments).
  • Work collaboratively with leadership on strategic decisions : Understand when decisions need the Founder's involvement. Manage that process professionally.
  • Team coordination: Work across London and Dubai. Brief designers, production, and suppliers. Manage expectations across time zones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
