Senior Project Manager - Hospitality - Central London
We are partnering with a privately-owned property developer and investor with an outstanding track record of delivering high-quality hospitality assets across the UK. With an integrated development model spanning acquisition, planning, delivery, operations, and asset management, the business continues to invest in an impressive pipeline of hotel refurbishment and conversion projects.
As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background delivering hotel refurbishment and conversion schemes. This is a business-critical appointment, requiring someone who understands the complexities of working within operational hospitality environments, balancing guest experience with programme, cost, and quality.
Applicants must have demonstrable hotel project delivery experience.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, you will lead projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading the delivery of hotel refurbishment and conversion projects from feasibility through to handover.
- Managing project programmes, budgets, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing works within live, operational hotel environments while minimizing disruption to guests and operations.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and ensuring designs are practical, compliant, and operationally effective.
- Managing procurement strategies, contractor appointments, and building contracts.
- Reviewing contractor valuations, variations, and final accounts while controlling commercial risk.
- Acting as the key point of contact for operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Providing regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
