Who are we?

Everybody is an independent, B Corp certified digital agency that works with health and wellness brands. With home bases in London and Dallas and clients around the world, we bring together talented people from different disciplines and backgrounds to do excellent work.

Senior Project Manager

Location: UK (London home base; flexible working)
Reports to: Operations Director
Direct reports: No formal direct reports; coaching and mentoring responsibility

The Senior Project Manager leads complex projects and programmes across multiple accounts. You own the plan and the budget, and you sign off on quality. You will build trusted client relationships, coach the project team, and work with Client Services, specialist teams and Operations to protect margin and keep delivery compliant and on scope.

What you’ll be doing

Project and programme leadership

  • Lead multiple complex projects and programmes from brief to close, with a clear plan and a named owner for every workstream.
  • Turn scopes of work into resourced delivery plans, agreeing assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria before work starts.
  • Coordinate specialists across SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO), paid media, research, content, creative, data and technology as client priorities move.

Responsible for quality assurance and delivery readiness

  • Support the agency-wide operational model update led by the Operations Director, and help the delivery team adopt it.
  • Build cross-agency reviews, healthcare compliance stages and other external approval requirements into your plans, and escalate unclear or high-risk requirements early.

Commercial, client and team leadership

  • Track budget, burn and forecast for your projects. Flag scope creep and resourcing pressure while there is still time to fix it.
  • Partner with Client Services on project health, budgets, change control and client expectations.
  • Escalate early, providing recommendations on how to resolve issues.
  • Brief teams properly and hand over cleanly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
