Senior Project Manager | Construction Consultancy | London, Southbank | Permanent

An established independent construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in London, Southbank.

With a strong focus on residential and hospitality projects, the consultancy works with developers, investors, housing providers and private clients across a range of complex developments.

The successful candidate will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.

The Role

  • Lead projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and risk
  • Coordinate consultant and contractor teams
  • Act as a key client contact and build strong relationships
  • Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder management
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary consultancy team
  • Support the continued growth of the London team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within a construction or property consultancy
  • Strong Project Management experience across the full lifecycle
  • Experience across residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and budgets
  • Good knowledge of procurement and contract administration
  • NEC4 experience would be advantageous
  • MRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
