We’re hiring a Project Manager at Sitemark.

We’re looking for someone who can step into complex client environments, quickly understand what’s going on, build trusted relationships and keep multiple workstreams moving in the right direction.

One of the immediate priorities will be taking ownership of two established FM projects for a major London-based organisation, covering Cleaning and Security, alongside other projects across the wider Sitemark portfolio.

This is not a role where you’ll simply update trackers and send status reports. You’ll be working directly with clients, contractors and operational teams, helping to challenge performance, resolve issues, drive improvement and make sure agreed actions actually happen.

A typical week could involve:

  • Chairing a client or contractor performance meeting
  • Reviewing KPIs, SLAs and improvement plans
  • Visiting a client site to understand an operational issue first-hand
  • Challenging a supplier on performance or overdue actions
  • Coordinating an improvement or implementation project
  • Working with senior client stakeholders on priorities and next steps
  • Tracking risks, actions and milestones through Monday.com
  • Reviewing management information and turning it into clear recommendations
  • Moving between Cleaning, Security and other FM-related client projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and comfortable with lots of moving parts. You’ll need to be able to build strong relationships while still being prepared to ask difficult questions and hold people to account.

FM experience would be a real advantage, particularly within Cleaning, Security, soft services or contract management, but we’re equally interested in strong Project Managers who are used to working in complex operational environments.

You’ll probably be a good fit if you:
