About The Role
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead strategic manufacturing initiatives in Bradford. This role is critical for optimizing production processes, implementing new technologies, and ensuring operational efficiency across their facilities. You will manage complex projects, coordinate with engineering and production teams, and drive continuous improvement. This is a significant opportunity to make a lasting impact on manufacturing operations in West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of manufacturing improvement projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to achieve project goals.
- Identify and implement process optimizations and technological advancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Report on project progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale capital projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, lean principles, and Six Sigma.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software and ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
