Role: Senior Project Manager - Marketing Transformation (Life Sciences)
Consulting Seniority: Senior Consultant - Manager
Day rate: £400-500 per day outside IR35
Project duration: 2-3 months
Location: Hybrid in London
Role Description:
We've partnered with a digital and business transformation consultancy who are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join a leading Life Sciences client for an urgent marketing transformation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience within complex transformation and change environments.

Requirements
- An experienced independent consultant
- Experience in marketing transformation - particularly in operating model design, process improvement, capability development, or technology-enabled change is highly desirable
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences sector is advantageous, but not essential
- Proven ability to lead projects, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced settings
