You will be working in the Building Services operating unit where you will be working on a large healthcare projects based in Norfolk.
As the Senior Project Manager MEP you will be responsible for providing a leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver a highly complex healthcare facility safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from early design and stakeholder alignment through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
As The Senior Project Manager MEP You Will
- Building and maintain strong working relationships with hospital leadership, facilities teams, clinical representatives, and design partners.
- Develop the overall MEP strategy to align with project goals, budget and hospital operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HTMs/HBNs, NHS guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Lead, mentor and professional development of project Managers, project engineers, and site managers.
- Work with design team to review all MEP systems, ensuring the design is complete, compliant, coordinated, and aligned with project objectives, healthcare requirements, budget, and schedule.

We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience of delivering major programme / Building Services projects (preferably in healthcare), working through PCSA stages, successfully converting and delivering on time and to budget.
- Significant experience managing MEP scope on large, complex construction projects - previous personal responsibility for package values in excess of £50M.
- Experience of full D&B projects would be highly relevant.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other building systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare codes, life safety requirements, infection control, and critical systems.
