Senior Programme Manager / Project Manager | Top Agency Client 3-month contract | Inside IR35 | £400-£450 per day Central London, Zone 1 | Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

I'm partnering with a top agency client on an exciting opportunity for a delivery-led Senior Programme Manager / Project Manager to join a complex, high-profile environment where no two programmes are the same.

This is a role for someone who can move comfortably between integrated marketing delivery - bringing structure, governance and calm leadership to complex workstreams and senior stakeholders.

The Role

You'll lead large-scale, cross-functional programmes spanning areas such as:

  • Integrated campaigns across Digital, Social, CRM, OOH, BVOD and ABM
  • Go-to-market launches and partner onboarding
  • Digital platform rollouts
  • Operational transformation and process improvement
  • New ways of working, governance and delivery models
  • Multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies and delivery roadmaps

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
