We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Design & Build projects from initial bid through to final handover.

Working across multidisciplinary teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while building strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Leading projects from tender stage through design, construction, commissioning and final handover.
  • Developing and managing project programmes, budgets and resources.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Managing project risks and identifying opportunities to improve delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
  • Coordinating procurement activities and working closely with commercial teams.
  • Monitoring project performance and reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Supporting programme planning across multiple projects.
  • Leading project teams, mentoring colleagues and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Acting as Temporary Works Coordinator where required.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a confident project leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering construction or infrastructure projects.

You'll ideally have:

  • HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A background in Civil, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles and project delivery.
  • Experience working under NEC contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • CSCS Card (desirable).
