This is a complex global programme requiring someone who can bring together the client, consultancy, internal business teams, and third-party delivery partners to drive successful implementation. The role sits within a much broader transformation portfolio with several years of planned activity.
The Programme
This workstream forms part of a significant wider business transformation focused on simplifying and improving global operational processes, systems and ways of working. The project is focused specifically on the rationalisation of client billing and implementation of a client billing platform.
It will involve coordinating activity across:

- Commercial teams
- Operations
- Technology
- Data
- Global business stakeholders
- Consultancy delivery teams
- Third-party platform / implementation partners
A key element of the role will be managing the third-party responsible for delivery of the client billing platform, ensuring plans, commitments and milestones translate into tangible outcomes for the client. The programme has an international footprint, including significant engagement with teams in India, and some travel to India will be required.
The Role
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring an experienced Project Manager who can quickly understand a complex programme, establish strong relationships and maintain control and momentum across multiple parties. You will:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
