Senior Project Manager (New Build) - Housing Development
London

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join an ambitious development team delivering a diverse programme of new homes across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project professional with a proven track record of delivering complex residential developments, including estate regeneration, mixed-tenure and mixed-use schemes, from inception through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex new build housing projects to successful delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Overseeing procurement, contract management, financial control and risk management.
- Preparing development appraisals, feasibility studies.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, including residents, local authorities and internal teams.
- Ensuring compliance with planning requirements, Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation and governance processes.

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering residential new build developments, ideally including estate regeneration.
- Strong project management skills across planning, procurement, construction and handover.
- Excellent commercial and financial management experience, including budgeting, cashflow forecasting and development viability.
- Knowledge of JCT contracts, procurement processes and construction law.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
