Senior Project Manager - EPiC Lives Transformation Programme
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to help drive forward our EPiC Lives (Empowering People, Changing Lives) transformation programme, shaping a future where Adult Social Care empowers people, changes lives, strengthens communities and delivers meaningful, lasting change.
This is a two-year fixed term contract linked to specific funding.

Rochdale’s Adult Social Care is delivering a bold, long-term transformation programme that puts 'People at the Heart from the Start, ensuring every change we make creates the conditions for people to live independent, connected and fulfilling lives.
As part of Rochdale Programme Management Office and working directly for ASC Business Change and Transformation Team, you will play a pivotal role in turning our EPiC Lives digital ambitions into reality.

Using a systems thinking approach, you will lead complex programmes of change and transformation that strengthen integration across health and social care, embed prevention and strengths-based practice, and champion innovative, person-centred design.
You will support teams to adopt new ways of working with confidence, ensuring change is not only delivered but truly owned, understood and sustained.
