Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in the successful planning, development, and delivery of major projects and workstreams within the New QEH Programme. Working as part of the programme delivery team, the post holder will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of complex capital, infrastructure, and service transformation projects associated with the redevelopment of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn.
The post holder will provide specialist project management expertise throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, effectively, on time, and within agreed budgets. They will lead the development of project plans, business cases, governance arrangements, reporting mechanisms, and risk management processes, whilst ensuring compliance with Trust, NHS, and New Hospital Programme requirements.
The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively with clinical, operational, corporate, and external stakeholders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing competing priorities to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives.
