Senior Project Manager

West London | 4 days per week in the office (work from home on Friday)
£80,000 + Annual Bonus + Pension

I'm partnering with a leading multi-site consumer-facing organisation to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their growing technology function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager who enjoys building structure, governance, and best practice, whilst also remaining hands-on in the delivery of large, complex technology and business change programmes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and embedding delivery governance, project controls, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management standards across the organisation, whilst leading a range of strategic technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and improve delivery governance, reporting frameworks, project controls, and delivery standards across the technology portfolio
  • Create and embed governance structures, steering committees, and decision-making forums
  • Own portfolio reporting, project health reporting, RAID management, and executive updates
  • Lead complex technology and business change projects from initiation through to implementation
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, and reporting packs
  • Manage third-party suppliers and DevOps partners to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive stakeholder groups
  • Work closely with technology and business teams to drive consistency and delivery excellence
  • Provide visibility of project status, risks, financial performance, and delivery progress to senior leadership
  • Support continuous improvement and delivery maturity across the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
