High-growth global FinTech payments scale-up now requires a delivery focused project manager to ensure operational readiness is in place to support and scale their new payments platform.
This role will collaborate with product, Engineering, operations and vendors to act as the bridge between platform and operational service, ensuring platform releases are tested and operationally equipped for go-live and support.
The role:
- Lead service design and process/procedure mapping, identifying gaps and translating them into platform requirements.
- Own the enterprise-wide servicing tool vision and coordinate its implementation with vendors and internal teams.
- Run technical service readiness governance forums and track readiness risks and dependencies.
- Design and deliver Ops training and own operational testing and hypercare through to live service acceptance.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading service readiness / acceptance-into-service workstreams within a large-scale platform transformation (ideally in payments, fintech, card issuing )
- Experience in service design and process mapping.
- Previous experience implementing enterprise-wide tooling as part of an operating model change.
- Experience with operational/acceptance testing and failover/DR testing.
- Hypercare planning and early-life support experience.
- Excellent communicator who is comfortable being hands on and delivery focused.

This is a Permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary plus 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
In terms of working structure, this is hybrid 1-2 days per week in our clients Central London office and the rest remote.
