Senior Project Manager | Data Centre Construction
I’m recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a developer delivering a major new-build data centre project in London.
You’ll take responsibility for project delivery from planning through construction, commissioning, and handover. The role involves leading project managers, overseeing the main contractor, and coordinating design, commercial, procurement, and operations teams. You’ll be accountable for safety, programme, cost, quality, and risk, while keeping stakeholders informed and resolving delivery issues.

- Experience delivering large, technically complex construction projects, ideally in data centres or another major infrastructure sector
- A sound understanding of CSA, mechanical, and electrical works, including their integration on site
- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams under Design & Build arrangements
- Strong project controls, reporting, forecasting, and commercial awareness
- Experience taking projects through commissioning and handover
- Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
