Are you an exceptional problem solver with a passion for transforming creative concepts into awe-inspiring physical spaces? Profiles Creative is excited to partner with a pioneering London-based creative agency, to recruit a Senior Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Events.

In this pivotal permanent role, you will take full ownership of high-impact exhibition builds and event installations, turning ambitious briefs into unforgettable physical and digital environments primarily across the tech and pharmaceutical event sectors.

Fully studio based - London

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead complex exhibition builds and installations from initial creative brief through to final on-site execution, managing timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site construction supervision.
  • Production & Content Management: Oversee the seamless production of all project components, managing spatial builds, audiovisual installations, digital integration, and print collateral.
  • Budget & Resource Control: Drive rigorous budget management on large-scale builds (£500k+), handling cost estimation, resource allocation, supplier negotiations, and financial tracking.
  • Stakeholder & Client Liaison: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for international clients, venue organisers, and external contractors, ensuring clear communication and flawless delivery.
  • Creative Collaboration: Accurately brief internal design teams to inspire award-winning work, while guiding and mentoring junior colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proven Project Management Experience: Ideally at least 5 years of dedicated project management and production experience within a creative, experiential, or event agency setting.
  • Prior industry experience delivering projects within the pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Exhibition Production Mastery: Essential, demonstrable expertise in exhibition production, booth construction, venue utility requirements, and managing multi-disciplinary build teams.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven track record of managing substantial event budgets ($500,000+) using industry-standard tools like Procim, Google Drive Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, cool-headed composure under tight deadline pressure, and a sharp proactive ability to anticipate on-site build challenges.
  • UK Work Authorisation & Mobility: Full entitlement to work in the UK (please note that visa sponsorship is not available) alongside a willingness to travel internationally for key builds and installations.
