Senior Project Manager | Live Events & Exhibitions

Brand Experience Agency
Woking (hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office)
£50,000 to £65,000

Events / Exhibitions / Live Events / Experiential / Brand Activation

Our client is a creative brand experience agency delivering experiential activations, live events, and exhibitions for some of the world's best-known brands. One of their flagship global accounts is growing fast, and the client has asked directly for senior oversight of a new stream of work running alongside the core global team. That's where you come in: a confident, organised senior project lead who can take a brief and run with it all the way to the post-show report.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll own around eight activations a year, usually two or three at a time, mostly in the half a million pound range.
  • These are live events and brand experiences at major sporting and motorsport moments, from Silverstone and Goodwood here in the UK to trips to places like Vietnam, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi (around four international trips a year).
  • You'll be the client's go-to contact day to day, managing stakeholders, setting expectations, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Behind you sits a strong five-person core team plus specialist production, creative, and account colleagues, with a junior team member reporting into you. You won't be engineering anything, but you'll read a technical drawing, understand how production works, and translate it clearly for the client. You'll run briefs, critical paths, scopes of work, and resource plans, pulling in freelancers where needed, and take the delivery pressure off the account director so they can focus on growing the business.

What You'll Bring

  • Project delivery experience from an experiential, live events, or brand experience agency
  • Broad activation exposure: live events, exhibitions, guest management, logistics, digital activations. Motorsport is a bonus, not a must
  • Comfort running multiple medium-sized projects from brief through onsite to reconciliation
  • Strong process: critical paths, scopes of work, resource planning
  • Technical drawing literacy and a solid grasp of production workflows
  • A natural connector who communicates clearly, delegates well, and manages clients upwards
