The Role

Innovation is a key pillar in our growth agenda and we have an exciting pipeline of new product launches planned, and this role will manage a portfolio of projects within that pipeline. You will be working with key multifunctional stakeholders across the business to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to cost and with high-quality standards. You will be accountable for end-to-end project management; problem-solving to optimise timelines, identifying and communicating risks and managing through stage gate.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of projects for successful global launch, ensuring that all products are launched on time and meet financial and quality targets.
  • Creating and managing end-to-end project timelines based on ongoing multi-functional input. The project portfolio includes Innovation/NPD launches, packaging design updates as well as smaller EPD and regulatory compliance projects.
  • Collaborating with key functions including Innovation Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality to ensure projects move at pace according to the required timelines.
  • Using strong supply chain, product development and manufacturing knowledge to identify opportunities to optimise the overall project delivery and to identify and facilitate solutions to any identified risks and challenges.
  • Ensuring full multi-functional visibility of critical paths and next steps and collaborating to drive on-time delivery of actions.
  • Identifying risks related to operational activities and ensuring they are under-pinned by mitigation plans and clearly communicated to leadership.
  • Managing projects through Stage Gate to enable effective decision making and risk-management.
  • Ensuring market requirements, regulatory complexities and nuances are built into all plans and timelines.
  • Leading multi-functional project meetings and facilitating any risk assessment meetings.
  • Raising Change Controls and managing them to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
