We are looking for an outstanding and motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead our UK Government efforts. What you'll do:

  • Lead and coordinate Parallel Wireless team efforts on technical projects involving 4G, 5G, OpenRAN, and other radio communication technologies.
  • Support a variety of customers, including the UK Government.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive delivery of products and technical solutions to meet end-user requirements.
  • Develop, implement and manage project plans for the delivery of complex technical solutions, track progress and implement reporting methods.
  • Collaborate with Customer teams to define and establish joint operating models and governance frameworks for project delivery.
  • Drive business process development and implementation for managing product lifecycles, including development, delivery, order fulfilment and operations.
  • Implement project delivery governance, manage internal and external stakeholder communications, manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Lead internal projects to improve Parallel Wireless processes or technologies.

What you must have:

  • Extensive experience in project management and team leadership
  • Experience of running complex technology implementation programs
  • Strong technical skills with an interest in communications engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to produce structured and high-quality reports at executive and operational levels
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language, written or spoken
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Experience with UK Government project management - Advantage
  • Experience in the wireless communications field – Advantage
  • Knowledge of OpenRAN – Advantage
