Location: East of England, UK
Tier One Recruitment is supporting a major infrastructure programme and is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex civil construction packages.
These opportunities sit within one of the UK's largest and most significant infrastructure programmes and will involve leading substantial work packages through planning, construction and delivery.
We're particularly interested in professionals with experience across:
- Large-scale earthworks, bulk excavation and material management
- Marine and water infrastructure works
- Microtunnelling and underground utility installations
- Construction logistics and delivery planning
- Multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure projects
The successful candidates will have a proven track record delivering major infrastructure works in sectors such as transportation, energy, water, marine, nuclear or other large-scale civil environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major construction packages from mobilisation through to completion
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and key project stakeholders
- Drive programme, cost, safety and quality outcomes
- Coordinate engineering, commercial and construction functions
- Manage construction sequencing, logistics and interface risks
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements
- Support procurement, planning and delivery strategy activities
- Provide leadership across multidisciplinary project teams
About You
- Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on major civil infrastructure projects
- Strong contractor-side delivery background
- Proven experience managing complex construction packages
- Ability to lead large project teams and contractor interfaces
- Strong understanding of programme management, construction methodologies and project controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
