We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Managed Services Business Unit within Professional Services. You’ll lead the full project lifecycle, work closely with customers, and deliver successful outcomes across cloud, infrastructure, and workplace transformation projects.
This is a hybrid role based out of our York or Birmingham office, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office weekly or monthly as required.
What You Will Do
- You’ll take ownership of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Lead infrastructure and application migrations to Microsoft Azure
- Deliver cloud services implementations and Microsoft Modern Workplace projects
- Define project scope, deliverables, risks, costs, and customer expectations
- Build detailed project plans with clear timelines and resource requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular stakeholder updates
- Drive strong team performance and successful project delivery
- Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Work closely with architects and technical specialists to resolve challenges
- Manage project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and contractual commitments
- Ensure governance and Professional Services standards are followed throughout
What You Will Have
Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
- You’ll be an experienced project leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to deliver complex customer projects successfully.
- Proven delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 transformation projects
- Experience with Azure migrations, Modern Workplace deployments, and ITSM change
- Azure Fundamentals certification minimum, with advanced certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP project delivery methods
- Confident stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Proven leadership across cross-functional teams
- Strong organisation, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Managed Services experience and flexibility to travel as needed
