The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction and property consultancy, working as part of the project delivery team at London Luton Airport.

The role will involve acting on behalf of the airport’s Commercial team, managing the delivery of new and refurbished retail, food & beverage and concession units across the terminal. This is a highly client-facing role requiring someone comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects forward within a fast-paced operational environment.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple concession projects and act as a key interface between the airport, incoming and outgoing concessionaires and their respective project teams.

You will be responsible for coordinating the complete project process, ensuring airport requirements are understood, agreed and delivered.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple retail and F&B projects across the airport
  • Acting on behalf of the airport’s Commercial team throughout project delivery
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders including Commercial, Technical Services, IT, Security, Guest Experience, Health & Safety and Marketing

  • Establishing and maintaining clear project programmes and key delivery milestones
  • Arranging, chairing and minuting project and stakeholder meetings
  • Producing clear agendas, actions and project updates
  • Driving actions and outcomes across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising and chairing pre-start meetings
  • Coordinating pre-practical completion and practical completion meetings
  • Supporting the Design Manager with the review and approval of concessionaire designs
  • Managing the design management process to ensure airport requirements are achieved
  • Coordinating handover documentation between outgoing concessionaires, the airport and incoming operators
  • Collating documentation required for new units to commence trading
  • Managing end-of-project information, records and close-out documentation
  • Providing clear evidence of project progress and reporting to the airport Project Manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
