Senior Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate

To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent

As a Senior Project Manager within the Corporate Real Estate department “Project Management”, you'll oversee international as well as multi-location projects. Your role involves coordinating diverse activities and leading the project team to achieve pre-aligned objectives. About the role

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of office and real estate projects, including new developments, refurbishments, expansions, restructurings, and support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Take overall responsibility for the planning, management, and delivery of projects, ensuring the effective control of resources, budget, quality, schedule, and scope while maintaining compliance with RWE standards, particularly in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
  • Drive the continuous improvement and optimisation of project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Promote a consistent project management framework to ensure seamless project delivery and smooth integration into ongoing business operations.
  • Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders (including Executive Board level), working closely with the Head of Project Management and the Head of Real Estate Global.

Job requirements and experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the real estate or construction sector, complemented by relevant certifications (e.g., PMI or PRINCE2) and a proven track record of success in a commercially driven environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project requirements.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate confidently with executive leadership and senior management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, combined with a proactive approach, strong team orientation, and the ability to effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility to operate in an international business environment.
