Senior Project Manager (Real Estate & Workplace) – EMEA
Initial 6-month Contract | London (3 days per week) + EMEA travel | £600-800 per day outside IR35

This is an opportunity to join one of the world's fastest-growing technology businesses, delivering major office developments and workplace programmes across the EMEA region. Over the next 12 months, more than 600,000 sq ft of office space will be delivered, including flagship projects in London, Berlin and Munich.

- You'll take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, working with architects, consultants, contractors and senior business leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
This is a client-side role where you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, manage governance, budgets, procurement, risks and reporting, whilst coordinating teams across Workplace, IT, AV, Security and Facilities to deliver exceptional new office environments.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Significant experience delivering large corporate office fit-out, relocation and workplace projects.
- Experience managing multiple capital projects across different countries within EMEA.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including CAPEX ownership and forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable working with senior leadership and external delivery partners.
- A background within a global corporate occupier, real estate consultancy or project management consultancy.

The role is based in London with a minimum of three days per week in the office, alongside approximately one week of travel across EMEA each month which will be flexible.
