Role: Senior Project Manager, Retail Tech
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $110,000 – $170,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for Retail Tech to lead complex technology programs across stores, e-commerce, and supply chain. The role combines deep PM craft with retail context — shipping the systems that move retail forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex retail technology programs from initiation through close
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, store ops, and vendors
- Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and dependency maps
- Run executive steering committees and stakeholder communications
- Manage risks, issues, and change control across program lifecycles
- Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years in project or program management, with retail or commerce experience
- Strong working knowledge of retail systems (POS, OMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Hands-on with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Excellent written communication and executive stakeholder management
- Strong risk and dependency management discipline
