The Fix are looking for a a Senior Project Manager within the Retail & Installations industry
Location: London
Salary: Dependent on experience
Type: Full-time, Permanent
I’m partnering with a leading London-based creative studio known for delivering premium brand experiences, large installations, and standout retail environments for super high end luxury designer brands.
They’re now looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to take ownership of high-value, design-led retail and installation projects from brief to delivery.
The Role
This is a senior delivery position suited to someone with solid experience in visual merchandising, retail environments, or luxury brand production. You’ll manage complex projects end-to-end, lead internal and external teams, and act as the primary client contact.

You’ll be responsible for budgets, timelines, supplier management, and ensuring all builds meet the highest creative and technical standards. Experience working under tight retail deadlines and coordinating international installs is key.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong project management experience in VM, retail design, fabrication, or luxury brand installations
- Proven ability to manage budgets from £250k–£1m+
- Excellent knowledge of fabrication, materials, construction, and feasibility
- A process-driven approach with exceptional organisational skills
- Experience working with luxury/fashion brands
- Confident stakeholder management across clients, creatives, suppliers, and authorities
- Experience delivering international projects
- Strong understanding of H&S, compliance, and risk management
- Clear, confident communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Proficient with project management tools, schedules, and cost reporting
