Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client's Markets Transformation and Programme Execution Team responsible for ensuring the timely execution of deliverables related to Capital and RWA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a self-starting attitude, an ability to understand complex concepts quickly and experience of working with market products, technology and data across the end-to-end trading and capital calculation process.
Job Details
- Start date: October 1st
- Duration: 9 months (June 2027)
- Location: London (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee delivery for RWA calculations for Markets products
- Work with functional and technical teams to ensure requirements are delivered to plan
- Lead workshops to define requirements, project plans and timelines
- Manage dependencies and escalate risks and issues
- Engage senior stakeholders and produce project updates

Key Skills
- Senior programme management skills in a Markets Capital context
- Familiarity with derivatives, secured financing and fixed income products
- Experience managing technical and operational transformation, including risk and issue management
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and end-to-end delivery across teams
- Self-starting, organised and able to manage multiple work streams/projects
