Project Manager – Salesforce / CRM Transformation
We are working with a leading global asset manager on a major CRM transformation programme, focused on the rollout of Salesforce and the simplification and streamlining of its wider CRM landscape.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in asset management / investment management and proven experience delivering Salesforce or CRM transformation programmes.
This is a key role within a global business, working across business and technology teams to deliver a consistent, scalable CRM platform that supports the firm's sales and client-facing functions.
The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery across the Salesforce rollout, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders and ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM transformation initiatives
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
- Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Client, and Investment Management stakeholders
- Coordinate business and technology teams across multiple locations
- Support the rationalisation and streamlining of existing CRM platforms and processes
- Manage Salesforce implementation and integration activities
- Drive requirements, testing, migration, and implementation through to go-live
- Provide clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
- Ensure the new CRM operating model supports the firm's wider business objectives

Experience Required
- Strong project management experience within asset management / investment management
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce or significant CRM transformation programmes
- Good understanding of sales, distribution, and client management processes within an asset manager
- Experience managing complex, global stakeholder groups
- Strong delivery, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable operating across business and technology teams
Contract
- 6 months initially
