As part of a dedicated on-site team, you’ll work closely with our designer, content strategist/copywriter and account director, as well as act as an extension of our client’s in-house marketing team, to deliver high-performing content across all channels, with an initial focus on social.
Alongside our account director, you’ll be responsible for defining our ways of working, managing timelines and scopes of work, and ensuring we support our client in all that they do. - Work closely with our head office team to track and manage resources and anticipate possible issues
- Create and update project documentation, including project briefing documents, schedules and budgets
- Proactively add value to our client’s briefs by helping to develop and enhance these, suggesting ways they can be brought to life
- Liaise directly with our clients, attend briefings and de-briefings when required and proactively manage expectations
- Collaborate with our account director and the wider team to identify opportunities to enhance processes, workflows and project standards
- Collaborate closely with both your Wellcom and client team members to create integrated and cohesive campaigns
- Deliver projects on time, to spec and within budget

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
