We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Skanska Network Solutions team, based in London, who will manage and organise the design, implementation and construction management of Integrated Network Infrastructure on projects under your control.

As The Senior Project Manager, You Will

  • Ensure all relevant Security processes and compliance documents are adhered to at all times.
  • Add value to the design process by challenging solutions, methods and techniques to deliver works within the contract programme, improve build ability and reduce whole life costs.
  • Ensure all design solutions offered by designers and sub-contractors fully comply with the project documentation and budget strategy.
  • Manage the trade contractors including the production of working drawings, procurement and performance on site.
  • Assist in development and management of risk and opportunity registers.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency within the commercial reporting process.
  • Undertake line management responsibilities for direct report staff, including Project Managers and Construction Managers.
