The Role
As a Senior Project Manager within Strategic Change, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our three major airports: Manchester, London Stansted, and East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver large-scale, complex projects that are critical to our business needs and strategic goals. What will make you successful in the role?
- You’ll have proven senior PM experience, ideally with certification in PRINCE2 and/or APM.
- Experience within large, complex business change and transformation environments (not necessarily in airports or aviation).
- Previous experience in matrix management within large, complex organisations, demonstrating your ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven budget management and organisation skills.
- Proven communicator and experience of building relationships with stakeholders whilst also challenging as and when needed.
