Location: Clevedon, North Somerset

Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Pattern: On-site

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager – Sustaining to lead a portfolio of complex engineering projects focused on product lifecycle management, obsolescence, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple engineering projects and programmes.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and delivery plans.
  • Drive obsolescence, product support, and engineering change projects.
  • Deliver cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • Provide project reporting, governance, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

About You

You'll have:

  • Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Experience leading complex engineering projects within manufacturing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, risks, and delivery schedules.
  • A good understanding of engineering change, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience within high-tech or advanced manufacturing.

Location

This is an on-site role based in Clevedon, North Somerset, with occasional international travel.
