Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum + Bonus

About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager – Sustaining to lead a portfolio of complex engineering projects focused on product lifecycle management, obsolescence, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering projects and programmes.
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and delivery plans.
- Drive obsolescence, product support, and engineering change projects.
- Deliver cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
- Provide project reporting, governance, and stakeholder updates.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
About You
You'll have:
- Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or similar).
- Experience leading complex engineering projects within manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, risks, and delivery schedules.
- A good understanding of engineering change, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.

Desirable:
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Lean or Six Sigma experience.
- Experience within high-tech or advanced manufacturing.
Location
This is an on-site role based in Clevedon, North Somerset, with occasional international travel.
