Senior Project Manager / Associate Director
London | £75,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Fancy leading delivery on some of the UK's most exciting industrial, logistics, data centre and commercial developments, for a consultancy that's genuinely on the up?
An established, independent construction consultancy is growing its London team and looking for a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director to take real ownership of major projects, from inception right through to completion. You'll be working alongside a portfolio of leading developers, investors and occupiers, with the autonomy and client exposure to make it your own.
The Role
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial, logistics, commercial and data centre projects
- Be the main point of contact for clients, building relationships that last well beyond project handover
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams across all RIBA stages
- Own project programmes, procurement, risk management, design coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Provide strategic advice across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover
- Get involved in business development and help shape the next generation of talent through mentoring

About You
- Currently operating as a Senior Project Manager or Associate within a construction consultancy
- A track record delivering industrial, logistics, commercial or data centre projects
- A natural at building relationships, leading teams and managing stakeholders
- Commercially sharp, with strong all-round project delivery experience
- MRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualification desirable, but not a dealbreaker
