About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead critical technology implementation projects in London. This pivotal role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. You will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex software and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving corporate environment, contributing to a culture that emphasizes innovation and client success.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on technology implementations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with large budgets and distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
