The Role

You’ll manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects for all 3 airports as part of the Technology Change organisation. Your team will consist of a small group of project managers, a mix of employees and contractors. Initially focused on Airfield and Enterprise product areas, this may change over time depending on demand and business needs. You’ll deliver projects as well as being an active member of the Technology Change leadership team, developing on-going relationships with key stakeholders within Technology and airport operations; identifying problem areas and driving process improvements; mentoring and coaching your team as well as acting as a leadership role model for the wider Technology organisation.

Requirements

You’ll have proven senior PM experience ideally with certification in PRINCE2/PMP/APM, within large, complex business change and transformation environments (not necessarily in airports or aviation) alongside previous experience in matrix management within large, complex organisations, demonstrating your ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. You’ll have proven budget management and organisation skills. You’ll also be a proven communicator and experience of building relationships with stakeholders whilst also challenging as and when needed.
