In a nutshell…
We’re looking for a seasoned and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Delivery team for one of our Global clients.
You will lead and support various aspects within the global Digital Operations team, improve efficiency, speed, cost and effectiveness of the marketing process for our client and establish key relationships with the market stakeholders. In delivering this, main points of contact will be the HQ team, Global, Regional and local market stakeholders, partners and internal Cheil teams.
This person is the key contact between the various stakeholders, and the programme leadership team. Ensuring all communications run smoothly. This person will be managing delivery of projects, within budget, on time, communicated clearly and with quality at its heart. You will work closely with our Programme Manager, Digital Delivery Head, and Business Director in ensuring ‘projects are run smoothly and you will partner with the clients to provide highest levels of service.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of complex projects and dependencies, SLAs and KPIs, be able to work to tight deadlines and to provide excellent service. To become a key person for continuously monitoring and improving client delivery.
You will need to be a confident clear communicator who will develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
A diligent financial and budget manager, optimising operational standards and efficiencies for programme, team resourcing, and business operations, you provide clarity on the health and status of the programme to senior leadership within Cheil and to the client.
You’ll have a passion for technology, innovation and the ever-evolving industry standards. An individual wanting to stretch your legs into shaping the strategic evolution of what we can do for our clients while delivering quality.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with the HQ team, market stakeholders and act as a glue between them and other teams.
- Managing project/Programme scope.
- Working with senior clients and key stakeholders and associated departments/partners, and within the agency.
- Managing expectations of clients and project stakeholders/sponsors at multi-levels.
- Client facing candidate who must build a level of respect and trust with clients.
- Supporting delivery, working to enable continuous delivery against roadmap. This will involve the coordination of many teams including such as client team, IT, agencies, Software vendors and technology teams.
- Organising internal production teams to ensure timings are being hit and key meetings are in place and work is correctly prioritized and dependencies between workstreams are understood.
- Ensuring the process is followed and evolved in an interactive and collaborative manner.
- Manage Programme RAID with the client, Analyze, evaluate, identify and mitigate any risks and issues, and produce program reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Clear and accurate tracking of forecasted work, resource and the regular and timely reporting of projects to clients and internal business leads.

You will have...
- Positive outlook, boundless energy and thrive on collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on your own initiative.
- Experience within technical product delivery and the interactions between UX, Data, Strategy, Creative and Technical teams. Knowledge of AEM & Hybris is a plus.
- Experience of working with data and data teams to utilise insights.
- Experience in managing budgets of ~ £500k+
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Solution oriented and with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to tailor to your audience.
- Experienced in different delivery methodologies Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN), Waterfall and Hybris.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of software development process, technologies, platforms, architecture and infrastructure and its impact to delivery.
- Managing projects within Jira and Confluence.
